The Oura ring has aspirations of advanced detection of illness symptoms. For now, it is extra of a wellness ring with added temperature sensing. I'm going to bed too late every evening and wake up feeling groggy. I peel away my CPAP mask. I put on two silver rings, one on every hand: one is my wedding ring and one is the Oura ring. It does not beep, or blink, or vibrate. I simply put on it -- sleeping, showering, all the time. Occasionally, I test the Oura app on my telephone. It says: Here is your readiness score. Or, this is the way you slept. I can see my temperature fluctuations via the app. I can see my coronary heart charge. The Oura ring has been round for two years, but I by no means received around to sporting one (although I as soon as wore another health ring by an organization called Motiv). I used to be late to the occasion. Somebody on Facebook advisable I attempt it.
