BloodVitals SPO2: Tracking My Recovery and Sleep Quality
Background: Physical exercise has been lengthy recognized for its therapeutic results on depressive disorders, but the underlying mechanisms remain largely unknown. In the study, we investigated whether the physical train by voluntary wheel operating (VWR) alters depression-like behaviors and its affect on brain Blood Vitals oxygen level-dependent (Bold) alerts in mice. Furthermore, CUMS-induced Bold suppressive areas have been also partially attenuated by VWR train, reminiscent of amygdala, cerebellum anterior lobe, thalamus, midbrain, and pontine. Most of those regions are concerned in temper-regulating circuit, suggesting dysfunction of the circuit in CUMS model of depression, and VWR exercise could modify the temper-regulating circuit.
