Good conversation already going — figured I would join in. From my own experience, the unhurried path always works better. What strikes me consistently is how skipping the boring foundation work makes everything else harder. Visible markers fall short of capturing the actual experience. Those new to building better routines should start small — the right approach makes all the difference. Glad to find other thoughtful people here.
